Buyer of IVF lot is purchasing the rights to control the next IVF session(s) until a minimum of 8 (eight) #1 or #2 IVF embryos are
produced. Embryo grades are determined at the time of transfer if fresh embryos, or at the time of freezing if freezing is requested
by the buyer. Buyer keeps all resulting embryos from these controlled IVF sessions. Buyer is responsible for all costs of the aspiration
and any other associated costs. Buyers are also responsible for mating sire decisions and the cost of the semen. Sessions offered
must be performed at the Trans Ova location at Liddleholme Farm, 58 Tripp Rd Argyle, NY 12809. If after 3 IVF session attempts and
the guarantee has not been fulfilled the buyer and seller are able to request either a refund of the remaining embryos or the choice
of a new cow can be chosen at this time.
